"Geele" seems to be a family name. "Heimat" would be the homeland. The title would mean "Homeland of the Geeles" and could very well be a family history book. If you have any further information about the book (author, description, etc) I could provide more information.

The book you might find under the title in English: Homeland of Geele (geele literally translated gel)

according to the words you wrote it is about the mood in word and picture illustrations.

Printed, collected, distributed by Richard Walter and the year stays most probably for the edition date.
